Meet the Trainer
As a native Austinite, I have enjoyed a lifetime of outdoor physical activities: hiking and biking, cross-country running, wakeboarding and playing sports such as soccer, golf, and tennis. This active lifestyle inspired me to attend a PFTA recognized school in order to become a Certified Personal Trainer. I have realized that a healthy and fit lifestyle is the key to a balanced body, which in turn inspires you to push to succeed in your career, family life, and friendships.
I am excited about the opportunity to motivate, encourage, and support you in your fitness goals! I have several years of experience in managing my own fitness studio. My experience includes one-on-one personal sessions as well as sport specific training and group fitness camps. My top priority as a personal trainer is to help improve an individual’s overall physical health and well-being by creating custom designed fitness plans to support specific goals, while documenting and tracking your success.
