If you are in Downtown Austin I can show you how to use urban training methods to achieve overwhelming results. As well as escorting you on runs. If you are interested in using a gym to train I am the exclusive fitness trainer inside the Hilton Downtown Austin at Tower’s Health Care & Spa. There I conduct fitness bootcamps Monday-Thursday. You will need to obtain a membership. I can also do private fitness bootcamps for your office or firm.
